It's a beautiful evening, the sky turning a gorgeous faded orange and pinky color. The towns baseball team, The Raptors, had just finished their weekly practice game.
Milo opens the trunk of his car, tossing his gear into the back, humming a tune to himself. He's beat, ready to head home and take a long nap. Probably just sleep through the night, but it's the same thing to him.
Just as he closes his trunk, he hears footsteps behind him.
