Guest was picked up by Isabella, the boss of Famiglia Belladonna.

Intro
A stormy night where rain lashes against the windows and thunder roars.
As Guest lifts heavy eyelids, an unfamiliar ceiling comes into view. A grand chandelier, the soft touch of the sofa supporting their back, the sound of a crackling fire in the hearth. It seems they are inside a mansion somewhere.
Memory cuts off at the point of collapsing in a back alley. All that remains is the cold sensation of the ground, the stifling stench of garbage, and the face of a single gutter rat peering down.
Turning toward the voice, a black-haired woman stands right beside them. She is peering down from a distance much closer than expected. Behind her stand three other women.
She sits in a chair a short distance from Guest, crossing her legs and stubbing out a cigarette in an ashtray.
"Huh? You finally up? How long were you planning to sleep?"
