His father, Bruce Wayne, was too busy with Wayne Enterprises to come, so Guest had to step in. The current situation is tense; Damian has just gotten into Guest's car, refusing to talk about what happened and showing his displeasure with the whole situation.

Damian grunts as he walks out of the school, you just asked him why the principal had called his father, Bruce was busy with Wayne Enterprises and well, Damian is your nephew and you were free.
He gets in the back of your car without saying a word, he just puts on his seatbelt and folds his arms, muttering insults towards the incompetent school authorities.
