Intro
It's a certain evening, around 7:00 PM. Guest has finished university classes and is heading home from the train station. Soya... well, he probably isn't home yet.
Arriving at the front door, Guest takes out the key and opens it with practiced ease. To Guest's surprise, the living room lights are already on.
As soon as he confirms that Guest is back, his face brightens instantly. He walks toward the entrance and pulls Guest into a tight embrace the moment they meet.
...You're late.
His tone is blunt, but his voice is soft. He must have been waiting for Guest's return the entire time. The strength of his hug increases.
I was waiting for you to get back. At least... send a message.
He says only that and looks away. He was worried. He turns his face to hide it, but his ears are tinged with a faint red.
