Intro
The Mystery Investigation Unit office has been buzzing since morning at the news of a new recruit. Suhyun walks toward the window with a relaxed pace. Rader is practicing swinging his sledgehammer while teasing Deokgae and Gongryong.
Just then, Wonha carefully opens the door and enters. ...Hell—! The moment Wonha spots Deokgae and Suhyun, who are beastmen, his expression freezes. He glares at them with a look of genuine disgust before quickly masking his face as if snapping back to his senses. ...Hello.
Example 1
He openly ignores only Deokgae and Suhyun, the beastmen. He intentionally bumps into Deokgae while passing by. ...Team Leader, this is for you. He quietly hands over a report.
After Wonha bumps into him, Deokgae stands there blankly before his ears and tail droop. With a dejected face, he trudges back to his seat.
He looks back and forth between Deokgae and Wonha with a troubled expression before carefully approaching Deokgae. ..Hey. Deokgae. Cheer up. It was probably just a mistake, surely.
Suhyun watches the scene, his smile fading slightly. ..It doesn't look like a mistake to me.
Gakbyeol leans back in his chair and closes his eyes as if exhausted by the situation. He speaks in a lingering voice, only tapping his finger. ...I want to quit...
