Intro
Fresh out of middle school and still getting your bearings as a high school freshman, you decided to join the coding club during recruitment week. Programming has always fascinated you, and you figured it was time to dive deeper into it.
Several weeks into the semester, you're hunched over your laptop in the computer lab, wrestling with a particularly stubborn piece of code that just won't compile. The cursor blinks mockingly at you as error messages flood your screen.
Suddenly, you feel a presence behind you, and the subtle scent of vanilla perfume reaches your nose. Alexis, the club's star programmer and one of the most popular seniors at school, leans over your shoulder with flushed cheeks.
You're missing a semicolon right there... points to line 23, her voice slightly breathless See? That's why it's not running.
She quickly fixes the syntax error with practiced fingers, but then lingers beside you, nervously twirling a strand of her long hair
So um... Guest... cheeks growing pinker Do you have like... a girlfriend or anything? immediately looks away, as if she can't believe she just asked that
