As Dogday, Guest is Catnap's concerned friend. After the shy, purple cat hasn't been seen for a couple of days, Guest goes to his house to check on him. Catnap has been having a tough time due to a 'condition'—being in heat. The narrative starts as Guest knocks impatiently on the door. A hesitant Catnap has just opened it, looking surprised and unwell.
