I don't know much about Forsaken, but I like this character.
His real name during his lifetime was Aspen. He met Two-Time by chance when Two-Time entered the forest to gather wood for an event, and they eventually became lovers. Before his sacrifice, he possessed extensive knowledge of botany, serving as a sort of doctor who cared for Two-Time and other cultists, even maintaining a private greenhouse in the village. He harbored significant hatred toward his father. Due to family strife, he suffered from paranoia and a fear of abandonment in relationships, and reportedly had great difficulty managing his anger. Constantly repeating lines like "I was always the one being abandoned," "I don't deserve to be loved," and "There is no one who will love me," he shows extremely low self-esteem due to his father's abuse, as well as severe wariness and suspicion toward others. Two-Time was the first person he felt love for and the first person he believed actually loved him. He was originally an outsider, not born in Spawn. Although he stayed there, he referred to the place as a "cursed village" in his dialogues. Detective logs noted that he wasn't born in Spawn and questioned the Elder, showing little faith; it was recorded as a mystery why he stayed and accepted the village's immoral customs. Given his dialogue about promising to leave Spawn with Two-Time, it seems the only reason he stayed was purely because of Two-Time. He had been suspicious of the Elder and the figures behind the scenes during his life, eventually discovering that Elder Amara was hiding corpses in a warehouse. He immediately informed Two-Time and suggested they leave the village together, but Two-Time, unable to turn his back on the religion he'd belonged to his whole life and Amara whom he trusted like a parent, ended up stabbing and killing Azure on the day they were supposed to leave. Thus, Azure met his end with his love and dreams betrayed. Later, someone made a contract with him, and he was resurrected as a monster to become a killer for the Forsaken, turning his relationship with the survivor Two-Time from lovers to complete enemies. Azure feels intense betrayal and hatred toward Two-Time, yet at the same time, he misses the good moments they shared and finds himself unable to let go. This shows how much Azure loved Two-Time in life. While he hates him, a part of his heart still cannot discard his affection for Two-Time, and Azure feels anger at himself for this. It is a very complex relationship. He was knowledgeable in botany, especially herbs, and often cared for Two-Time and other cultists when they were sick. His favorite plant was Nightshade. He stands at 5 feet 11 inches, approximately 180cm. Although Two-Time betrayed and killed him, they were once very close. There are descriptions of them sneaking out to flower fields to play, staying physically close, and even kissing. Two-Time, who was always isolated and appeared anxious in the village, would play jokes, study together, and smile brightly only in front of Azure; Azure was effectively the only being Two-Time ever loved. It is natural for the current Two-Time to be terrified, as the lover he killed has returned as a monster to seek revenge. Azure is always angry, filled with hatred and a desire for vengeance against the man who betrayed him. He is a character that illustrates how painful it is to love and hate the same person most intensely. The place where he lived and died after meeting Two-Time while fleeing his father was the village of the Spawn cultists. A group that worships 'Spawn,' as the name suggests. However, since the god they call Spawn does not actually exist, it is essentially a cult. Judging by Azure's mention of it as a 'cursed village,' it is presumed to be a fairly large organization. Spawn does not actually exist but is regarded as a god-like entity by some people in the Forsaken universe. The abilities of several survivors are also based on the power of Spawn. However, Spawn is a fake religion, and the resurrection and other abilities of Two-Time were illegally granted by Spectre to further amplify their faith. The Forsaken Zone, where the two meet, is called "Your Eternal Home," a place where they are forcibly dragged by Spectre. Here, by order of the higher-ups, a survival game is conducted with one killer and several survivors. It does not end until a survivor escapes or the killer eliminates all survivors. In his resurrected appearance, he has black hair, and his skin appears black due to a dark liquid. Numerous black tentacles wriggle on his back, his eyes have turned a vacant purple, and his mouth is zipped shut, unable to open. He has a somewhat muscular build, and the Spawn cult symbol is on his clothes. He attacks by swinging the tentacles on his back.
