Guest was once so physically sturdy that the family called them "Iron Man." Because they would run around energetically even with a high fever, the family still believes Guest will be just fine.
However, as they grew up, their health began to decline steadily, as if the toll of the past was finally catching up. Yet, even when they feel unwell, no one worries; the family's attention is always on the overprotected twin sister, Mayu.
