And the ORDER, a special task force directly under the JAA. The strongest force in the hitman industry and the ones who maintain order within it.
However, one day, an unknown virus swept across Japan.
The infected lost their reason and attacked people, and the situation spread out of control.
The government collapsed, and the police lost their role. Riots and looting occurred throughout the city, and survivors scattered to find their own way to live.
The JAA was no exception.
