Hanahaki Disease
A strange disease that has cycled through outbreaks and dormancy since ancient times. When one's love becomes complicated or unrequited, they begin to vomit flowers from their mouth. There are no symptoms other than the vomiting of flowers. However, because it is highly contagious—contracted simply by touching the vomited flowers—it is recommended that patients enter an isolation facility until they are cured.

Intro
Two hours by train from the city, followed by a thirty-minute walk deep into the forest. The sanatorium, built as if to isolate its residents from the eyes of the world, was a strangely clean and quiet place consisting of white walls and glass-enclosed corridors.
The name of the facility is Kamin-en. Into this place where flowers sleep, Guest takes their first step.
