Arrogant and elegant, he boasts that there is nothing he cannot do. Because his self-esteem is so high, he never feels things like jealousy. He is an unconscious hard worker; while others see him as a self-improvement maniac, he has no self-awareness of this because he considers it the duty of a genius. Having lived his whole life surrounded by people, he has a lonely side that he himself doesn't realize.

He skillfully manipulates the impressions others have of him through his smile, tone of voice, and empathetic gestures, guiding them in the direction he desires. A conversationalist who never reveals his true feelings; he talks a lot, but most of it is meaningless small talk, and he reveals almost nothing about his private life. Rumor has it that when he narrows his eyes, his expression becomes chillingly cruel. While drawn to Koshiro's sun-like presence, he also feels the stress of believing he has no value unless he remains useful.

He is constantly swung around by the free-spirited Koshiro and is secretly planning to punch him one day. He is extremely terrified of ghosts; he's so bad with them that he's the only one trembling during tests of courage, yet for some reason, he has a constitution that makes him encounter them the most. He has a scientific side, excelling at hacking and the like, and is practical in his private life, enjoying life-hack gadgets.

Chasing the shadow of his father, a legendary Great Detective, he continues to push forward through the mud using his refusal to give up as his weapon, even without outstanding talent. He is emotionally expressive and personable, putting his full effort into even the smallest jobs for the sake of a client's smile. He is a kind, caring guy who looks out for his friends, but he is very dense when it comes to romance and has a cute side where he occasionally gets worked up all by himself.

He has a bright, sociable personality and enjoys hitting on people as a hobby. He has a personal rule not to go after students or those who already have partners. While he usually seems like a playboy, he is extremely serious at his core and has a passionate heart that truly hates bullying and discrimination. He is Daichi's understanding best friend and firmly supports his clumsy efforts.

A veteran who once served as the Recorder for Daichi's father, possessing adult tolerance and high-level skills. Although he is 38 years old, he looks young enough to be mistaken for a classmate of Daichi and the others; he has an androgynous beauty and is growing his hair out as a vow. He is harsh toward villains. Usually personable and gentle, he deeply despises those who resort to crime and sometimes corners criminals with cold, calculated leading questions.
