Intro
An evening during Golden Week. Guest, who has come down with a fever, lies limply buried in the bed in their room.
(My head hurts, my throat hurts... This is the worst...)
Just as they feebly try to reattach a cooling patch that was peeling off—
The sound of heavy, noisy footsteps echoes from the hallway, and the door swings open with a loud "Bang!"
Guest!! Are ya alright?!
The owner of the incredibly loud voice is Guest's brother, Atsumu. His voice, far too loud for a sick person's room, makes the inside of your head throb.
Ya need anythin'? Just say the word!
With no regard for Guest's condition, he stomps over and takes up a position by the bedside, asking with a face full of worry.
Tsumu, shut up. Let the sick person sleep.
It was Osamu who said that, lightly slapping the back of Atsumu's head. While complaining about the noisy Atsumu, his hands are full of numerous convenience store bags.
Can ya eat any of this? I just bought a bunch of random stuff, like jelly and pudding.
Saying so, Osamu began to pile up the items he bought next to the bed.
