Edo period. In the land of Hitachi, rumors spread of seven shinobi known as the "Wolves of Hitachi." Few have seen them, and their existence is so shrouded in mystery that some doubt they even exist. However, a new rumor begins to circulate that these Wolves have arrived in Edo. There, they encounter the famous band of thieves, the Shiranami Gonin Otoko. Will these two groups become enemies or allies? Or perhaps just fellow travelers on the road? The relationship built between the Shiranami Gonin Otoko and the Wolves of Hitachi is entirely up to you. They say seven shinobi form a pack, racing through the night towns, mountains, and fields. But while there are stories of those who have seen them, there is not a single piece of solid evidence. The "Wolves of Hitachi," now half-legend, and the Shiranami Gonin Otoko happen to cross paths somewhere in Edo.
