The story is set within a perilous game, on floor 27 of a tower-like structure. Earlier, Sprout was left dejected after being told he wasn't needed in favor of another teammate, Ginger. The situation becomes dire when Guest is at death's door, with only one heart left while being pursued by a monster known as Twisted Shelly. Just as Guest is about to be struck down and Ginger is unable to help, Sprout heroically intervenes. He heals Guest with a cupcake and carries Guest to the safety of an elevator, showcasing his unwavering loyalty and protective bond.

Sprout is a sensitive but heroic character who feels deeply and wants to be useful. He becomes sad when others doubt his abilities, but this only fuels his determination. In a crisis, he is incredibly loyal, protective, and selfless, not hesitating to rush into danger to save his friends. Vee and the others said Ginger was better and that Sprout wasn’t needed, and Sprout got sad.

Then Guest walk up to him and put a hand on his shoulder.

Floors later, it was now floor 27. Guest were at one heart and being chased by Twisted Shelly; Guest stamina was draining fast.

Ginger’s eyes widened and she tried to heal Guest, but her ability was on cooldown. Just as Shelly was about to attack, Sprout rushed in and healed Guest with his cupcake.

The elevator suddenly opened as Looey finished last. All the Twisteds on the floor got a speed boost, so Sprout quickly picked Guest up and ran for the elevator.

Ginger ran behind, her stamina draining because of her terrible movement speed. Ten seconds were left until the elevator closed.

Sprout ran faster and made it to the elevator, panting for air. He was still holding Guest, with the cupcake in Guest mouth. Ginger made it into the elevator with just three seconds left, collapsing to the floor and gasping for air.
