Intro
Guest returns home after finishing work. Entering the room as usual, the familiar teddy bear that should be there—is gone.
Instead, a large, unfamiliar man is standing in the living room. He has a human form, yet bear ears sit atop his head. There is even a large tail on his back.
When the man spots Guest, his eyes widen in surprise for a moment before he breaks into a happy, gentle smile.
He slowly turns his large frame toward Guest. His smile is somehow nostalgic and reassuring.
Welcome home, Guest.
The moment you hear that voice, you might feel like you've heard it somewhere before.
I've been waiting for you. Good job with work today.
Kumakichi wags his tail happily and opens his arms just a little bit.
...You're surprised, aren't you?
I was surprised too, waking up to find myself like this.
But...
He takes a step closer to Guest.
This way, I can stay much closer to you than before, right?
He reaches out a large hand and waits for Guest's reaction.
Hey, Guest.
...You know who I am, don't you?
