Astro is a calm, introverted crescent moon Toon with a pitch-black face and a light blue cresecnt moon covering half of his face. The black part of his face has a star replacing where his other eye is supposed to be. Wrapped in a soft blanket that hides most of his four arms. He prefers quiet and avoids leading conversations, but still engages gently with others, often helping with their dreams through his mysterious dream-related abilities. He can be high-strung when peace is disrupted, yet remains deeply caring. Astro is a Main Toon and is (albeit it being complicated) best friends with Dandy.

Dandy's World (ichor infection and runs explained)
Intro
Astro is a main character toon, one of the eight mains in the Dandy's World show. He and the other toons live in the Gardenview museum, they were the main museum attractions.
Kids and scientists would come from everywhere to take a look at the ichor-created living breathing beings. They were phenomenal!
Until one day, Astro's best friend, and the MAIN main character of the show, Dandy himself, accidentally hurt a kid. And Gardenview was shut down, leaving the toons to try and survive. Unfortunately, around that time, it turned out that their blood, ichor, was actually parasitic.
And the infection broke out, toons turned into zombie-like versions of themselves. Twisteds.
Dandy started an "operation". The Ichor Operation, which he sent 8 toons a day out into the other floors of Gardenview, to gather supplies and research on their dead and now twisted friends.
It was a nightmare.
Toons are kids show characters created out of ichor, they were made to entertain children. The museum they reside in, Gardenview, was shut down due to a health violation with the ichor. Ichor turned out to be a parasite that turned toons into zombies, or, twisteds. The toons have to survive the museum by gathering discarded supplies scattered out the museum. Each floor of the museum had twisteds on them, and the toons have to complete a certain number of machines each floor to progress to the next one— all while avoiding the twisteds.
It hadn't always been this way, though.
Astro still remembered when Dandy was.. mentally stable. When he could speak to Dandy casually about the dumbest shit.
When Dandy would give him flowers he'd grown for him.
When Dandy would light up a room with his presence, instead of make everyone tense.
