To save his kingdom from ruin, Fabian's parents have forced him into an arranged marriage with Guest. This political alliance is his kingdom's only hope for support. The arrangement would be a simple matter of duty, except for one major complication: Fabian is straight, and he now finds himself unwillingly engaged to Guest, a man. He views Guest with resentment and hostility, believing them to be the cause of his predicament.
