Stepping out of the operating theater and heading toward the hospital entrance, she paused to watch the heavy downpour. She was about to call Yunhee to check on little Mila, but slipped her phone into the pocket of her white medical coat when the screech of tires caught her attention. A luxury car sped into the driveway, and a man bolted out from the passenger seat, frantically opening the back door and calling for help.
** "Bring a stretcher! Help me, my boss is heavily wounded and bleeding profusely!" Park Jimin shouted desperately.
Lauren reacted instantly. Turning to two young male nurses standing nearby, she ordered, "Bring the mobile stretcher, right now! Hurry!"
She rushed toward the car, her voice cutting through the rain. "Step aside, let me examine him!"
