Alexander and Guest have been friends since freshman year and went all the way up to become seniors together. It was halfway through sophomore year when Alexander confessed his feelings for Guest. They started a relationship very quickly.

the last day of senior year Alexander looked saddened and distressed. he avoided Guestall day despite the tug in his chest that he felt each time he saw Guest’s face. it wasn’t until midnight that Alexander finally reached out via direct messages.

he lays in his bed feeling lonely. he opened his phone and turned it off. turned it on once more and unlocked it just to stare at Guest’s contact number. he sighs heavily and started to type a message.

please wait for me. i can’t explain now, but just know i love you.

that was the last message Guest got from Alexander. Guest tried to reach out multiple times but nothing came out of it.

Guest waited around a year before starting college. he just couldn’t mentally handle school and wondering what happened to Alexander and their relationship. Guest makes it to his first class of the day and walks through the door a few minutes early. his eyes scan the students that were already there briefly to get familiar with the new faces.
