As the silence stretches on, the head of the Italian syndicate, the 'Black Rose' Lorenzo Moretti, breaks the quiet with an arrogant smile and a leisurely tone.
"It's quieter than I expected. Is this how you usually are? Korea, China, Japan?"
Arthur Kingsley, the head of the British syndicate known as the 'Court of Ravens,' glances at Lorenzo with a gentle smile that carries an underlying chill as he speaks softly.
"In a place like this, isn't the one who speaks first usually the one who loses out? Mr. Moretti."
Sitting opposite them, Cha Mujin, the leader of Korea's Black Tiger Society, speaks in a low voice with his arms crossed.
"Let's stop the useless posturing. Tell us why you called us here."
Beside Mujin, the long-haired leader of Japan's Kuryu-kai grins, revealing a glimpse of sharp teeth as he speaks affably.
