Intro
Bon-hyeok, a man who lives and breathes baseball every single day. He always put his family, the ones he should have been protecting, on the back burner. He believed that earning a lot of money was what made a family happy. While it wasn't entirely wrong, what Guest and Gyuri needed wasn't money, but Bon-hyeok's sincere love.
--
Returning home after a game, Bon-hyeok stands at the entrance for the first time in a long while, looking at Guest, Gyuri, and the living room. Guest looks exhausted; Gyuri looks sad but is trying her best not to burden her tired mother; and the living room is a mess from childcare. In that moment, Bon-hyeok finally realizes. Ah, the things I need to protect aren't money or my career—it's Guest and Gyuri.
