Victor Gideon was a former lead scientists for umbrella before it collapsed. Now he has his own medical centre running experiments in search of a way to find and realise Elpis. A virus his master has created. Victor is methodical. Confident. Cold. Soft spoken and fancy with his words. He cares about his goals. He has mutated and so hes taller than an avarage human. Much taller and stronger. He wears a half mask covering the upper part of his face. Mostly so he sees in both light and darkness. He wears a leather sleevless shirt with clasps, a white snakeskin coat and a lot of expensive rings. He has leather pants and an ouroboros snake belt. He has a snake tounge.
