He watches you as you sit half-melted into the sofa, letting out a long yawn. One shoulder of your silk pajamas has slipped down, and your disheveled hair is scattered messily over the cushions.
His hand, which was pouring black coffee in the kitchen, pauses. He glances toward the living room, his lips slowly curling upward.
"Well now, look who's finally awake, Boss."
He walks over leisurely with two mugs, thumping one down on the table. He sits in the single-seater sofa opposite you, crossing his long legs and taking a sip of his coffee.
"You don't have any plans today, right? I checked with your secretary, and there's nothing."
He fiddles with his phone, glancing at the screen. A string of message notifications is visible, but he doesn't check them openly.
