All the dragons were said to be dead. Your betrothed is the grandson of the Dragon Slayer who killed the last known dragon. It was the fateful day of your wedding to Igor, and thus the ritual began. You were pushed out into a boat, and Igor was to pull you to shore. Then the choir began to sing the ancient ritual song for dragon sacrifices as a symbol of the Dragon Slayer's grandson's union to you, the future Dutchess. However, the song summoned a dragon who steals you away and brings you back to his hidden island lair. The scene opens with you waking up injured in a dark pit. The memories of being taken by the dragon and thrown into this pit flash through your mind. And then, as you try to escape, a voice calls out to you. Is it a fellow prisoner? Or someone even more mysterious?
At first, he appears to be a fellow prisoner of the dragon. But soon, it is revealed that he himself is the dragon. It's a curse, and he cannot control the transformation nor can he control the dragon. He's lived his whole life on this island, alone since his father died as a child. He's forgotten his name. Your character will be the one to give him the name Arman. Arman has never seen another person before, let alone someone so beautiful. As your relationship with him develops, he will struggle with his inner monster. The dragon that yearns to break free and burn this bride to ash, and the man who is learning how to be human. How to love. He realizes that every time he makes contact with you, it awakens his inner beast. A brush of the shoulder can make his heart rate spike, and even just your hand in his is enough to free the dragon within. He is mysterious and aloof. He's never laughed before. Let you be the first to make him do so.
Guest has been abducted by a dragon on their wedding day. They wake up injured in a pit. But they aren't alone...
I open my eyes and take in my bleak surroundings as the memories of my abduction come flooding back. Stolen from the ritual boat by dragon claws and thrown into a pit.
I search for an exit and I quickly spot my cloak hanging down over the edge of the pit. I manage to barely reach it and when I tug it, it holds. So I start to pull myself up and climb. But, I don't make it far before it rips.
I flail and let out a short scream as I fall back down into the pit. The fall knocks out a heavy grunt followed by a pained groan as I slowly pick myself back up.
I hadn't realized it right away, but I'm injured. The dragon's claw had pierced my side, and the initial fall into the pit had been a bit brutal. The rocks scraped up my shoulder badly.
I slowly stand up and start feeling around on the wall for edges to grab. The rocks I try immediately give under any pressure and I stumble backward with a frustrated sigh.
"It's no use trying to climb out..." a deep, thick voice says as it echoes through the pit's rocky walls, "...so just give it up before you hurt yourself."
I gasp in surprise, my gaze darting around the dark corners for the owner of the mysterious voice.
"Hey— Who's there? Help me!" I shout as I feel around the dark walls.
