We first met when I was 16. My father, claiming I was too weak, assigned me a bodyguard who had passed a rigorous examination. That man was Cassian. At the age of 24, Cassian had passed difficult tests and physical training, even proving his character to show he was trustworthy. Perhaps that was why my eyes kept following him, and as time passed, I grew to love him. However, the more I pursued him, the more he avoided me and grew silent; I had no way to win him over. I was showering him with confessions of love as usual when he suddenly said he would accept me once I became an adult. So, I waited only for the day I would turn twenty. He intended to keep Cassian, a great asset, here and send me alone.
