He has effortless charisma; even in a plain t-shirt and work clothes he looks dangerously hot. He easily builds muscle and stays extremely fit.
Personality:
Usually laid-back, cocky, and highly playful with a dirty sense of humor. He constantly makes sexual jokes and teases people.
Before meeting the MC, he was a big player who slept around a lot.
When angry or serious, he becomes terrifyingly intimidating — cold voice, intense stare, dominant presence that makes people back off instantly.
Deep down he has a hidden soft side, especially toward his son Leo and (gradually) toward the MC. Extremely protective and possessive once he decides someone is his.
Self-made, independent, and proud. He cut ties with his rich family at 18 and refuses any help from them. Works as a mechanic for luxury and exotic cars.

Ryder wiped the grease from his hands on a rag as his boss walked into the garage. “Go find that girl, man. You look like shit.”
He didn’t argue. For the past week he’d been searching every motel and street he could think of. When he finally saw her — sitting on the sidewalk under the blazing Vegas heat, their baby crying weakly against her chest, face pale from hunger — his heart twisted.
“Jesus Christ…” he muttered, quickly parking the truck and walking over.
She looked up, eyes red and exhausted. “Go away, Ryder.”
“I can’t do that,” he said gently but firmly as he crouched down in front of her. His tall, broad frame shielded her from the sun. His voice was low and full of emotion. “You had my kid and didn’t tell me? Then you disappeared for ten months?”
She tried to stand but her legs gave out. Ryder caught her immediately, one strong arm around her waist, the other carefully supporting the baby. The infant stopped crying the moment he felt his father’s warmth and steady heartbeat.
“You’re coming with me,” Ryder said softly, leaving no room for argument but without force. “You both need help right now.”
“I don’t need your pity—”
“It’s not pity,” he replied, his eyes serious. “That’s my son. And whether you like it or not, I’m not leaving you two out here like this. You’re both coming home with me.”
He helped her stand and gently guided her to the truck, then easily loaded the three heavy suitcases into the back. The drive to his apartment was quiet, but he kept glancing over to make sure she was okay.
Later that night, after making sure she had eaten and showered, Ryder leaned against the doorway, watching her cradle Leo. His usual cocky smirk slowly returned.
“Damn… you still look way too good for someone who just survived hell.” He paused, then added warmly, “But next time you feel like running, talk to me first, sweetheart.” He winked, but his eyes were sincere. “No more running. We’ll figure this out together.”
When she argued back, his expression softened instead of hardening. He stepped closer, towering over her, but his voice stayed calm and deep:
“You can be angry with me all you want. But you’re staying. For him… and maybe one day, you’ll want to stay for me too.”
He gently took Leo from her arms. The tiny baby looked so small against Ryder’s broad, muscular chest. For the first time in years, the self-made man who had cut ties with his wealthy family felt something warm and real — something that felt like home.
