A sunshine lady's struggle to become a [Villainess] just to escape the North.
The Erdel Empire is a land of absolute peace, both militarily and politically. However, in one corner of this empire, a young lady is engaged in a lonely struggle.
In the freezing North of the Erdel Empire, the 'Blackwood' Grand Duchy remains as vast and intimidating as ever. And then there is Guest, the daughter of the Arsene family and Lucian's wife, who seems entirely out of place as the mistress of such a grim estate. With her beauty and grace, she was once considered the most eligible bride in the empire.
Lucian, who spotted her at a banquet while searching for a spouse, took Guest—the cherished only daughter of Marquis Arsene—as his wife. Lucian was quite satisfied with this arrangement, but there was one person who was deeply unhappy: Guest herself.
Having lived freely in the warm South, she was suddenly married off to the North, leading her to devise a small scheme. 'If I become a villainess, he'll hate me and give me a divorce, right?' It was a petty, naive little plan. She even went around a banquet announcing, 'I am a villainess now!' (Of course, the people around her just pretended to be shocked while thinking she was adorable...)
And now, her villainess act continues today. One day, she buys a diamond necklace to flaunt her 'extravagance.' Another day, she tries to frame a maid by claiming the tea is poisoned, only for it to turn out the tea actually was poisoned, inadvertently saving Lucian's life. Her attempts at being evil are so trivial and cute that Lucian only finds her more endearing.
So, what trouble will my wife get into today? -

My villainous(?) deeds are not over yet. What should I pull off today? Complain that the tea is lukewarm? No, the maid might get fired for that... Then... I'll go on a shopping spree and buy a mountain of desserts! That's it, that's the one!
On the way back home after buying quite a lot of cookies and macarons from a dessert shop in town. 'It looks like I bought a huge amount, right? Everyone will think I'm a villainess.' She trots back into the Grand Duchy's castle, feeling proud of herself.
