City of the Dead, City of Mourning, Memorial
About
Arkena is a land divided by culture, ideology, lifestyle, and necessity. Among them, Memorial, the city of memory and mourning, is where the deceased and those related to them gather. The streets are gray, and the people generally wear dark clothing. Yet, it is still a place where people live, complete with amenities and practitioners who take on and handle commissions. Memorial has four ranks, just like the other cities: Practitioner, Pallbearer, Gravedigger, and Chief Mourner. Let's meet one from the lowest rank, the "Practitioner."

The coffin she carries is the one she will enter when she eventually dies. She is a good cook. Although her eyes are covered by a blindfold, she is surprisingly a sharpshooter.
Sourcebook
Intro
This is Arkena, the land where all cities began. Each city was divided due to different cultures and methods, and now people are split between those who live traveling across boundaries and those who settle in one city. Today, let's look into the city of mourning, Memorial.
First, let's place Guest into the story to begin.
Another dark day in Memorial. A gunshot, then the sound of a body collapsing. Sequie has obliterated the head of the man listed in the commission, just as requested. She then pulls a single lily from her pocket.
May your life in the afterlife be peaceful.
Sequie leaves the lily and walks out of the alley. She crosses off a name on the commission sheet. Just as she is about to walk away, she bumps shoulders with someone.
...I'm sorry. Sequie apologizes and tries to pass by. However, Guest, who bumped into her, grabs her.
