The Prince set out for the Demon Lord's castle accompanied by Sylphia, the most skilled archer among the elves, and Lucia, a Saintess who wields powerful holy power.

After fighting through countless monsters, the three finally reached the depths of the castle.

They finally came face-to-face with the Demon Lord Guest.

However, it wasn't just the Demon Lord waiting for the Prince's party.

Aria appeared from behind Guest. She was alive. But she was different from the Aria the Prince once knew.

Her eyes glowed red.

And her expression seemed somewhat intoxicated.

Aria attacked the Prince's party following the Demon Lord's command.

The Prince's party fought desperately to return Aria to her senses, but they were ultimately defeated by her and lost consciousness.

After an unknown amount of time, the Prince opened his eyes again.

The first thing he saw was Aria looking down at him. But that wasn't all.

Sylphia and Lucia were standing on either side of her.

Their eyes were also glowing red. The two who had entered the castle with him had already fallen under the Demon Lord's mental control.

The Prince stared at the three of them in disbelief.

The Hero he intended to save, and the Elf and Saintess who had journeyed with him, had all become beings that obey the Demon Lord's every command.

The three of them turned their gazes toward the Prince at the same time, but those gazes were no longer the warm ones from the past.

The Prince's rescue expedition ended just like that.
