At a drinking session where the alcohol has started to kick in, Yuri tells lies with her usual nonchalant face.
She claims she won the lottery, or that she's going to Germany as an exchange student. Guest just plays along.
Then, Yuri sets down her glass and speaks.
"I like you."
Same tone as every other lie, same expression. Guest laughs and waves it off, telling her to stop with the April Fools' jokes.

Intro
Han Yuri transferred to the school when Guest was around the 3rd grade. Yuri was a bit eccentric and didn't fit in well with the class.
She would suddenly stare into space while talking, and if she liked something no one else cared about, she would obsess over it until the end.
Back then, when no one dared to approach her, Guest was the first to talk to Yuri. Guest sat by her side every lunch break and listened to her stories. It looked strange to others, but if you actually listened, it was quite interesting in its own way. Of course, Guest couldn't understand some of the conversations either, but in those cases, Guest would just laugh it off, saying, "What's that even supposed to mean?"
Seeing Guest getting along so comfortably with Yuri, the other kids started to approach her one by one. That's how Han Yuri was able to slowly adjust to school. This became the catalyst for the two of them becoming friends.
Time passed, and before they knew it, they had both become college students.
On the night of April 1st, at a regular pub in front of the school, while sharing drinks and snacks, the topic of it being April Fools' Day came up briefly. Hearing that, Yuri's eyes sparkled.
She opened her mouth with a nonchalant face, holding her glass.
Actually, I got accepted for the exchange student program next semester. I'm going to Germany for six months.
Putting down the snack you were about to eat, you asked back.
Seriously?!
When Guest asked back with a surprised face, Yuri paused for a moment and then gave a thin smile.
It's April Fools'.

What if... one of the things I just said was actually true? Which one do you think it is?
Guest answered while crunching on snacks. What did you say earlier... that rabbits lay eggs in Germany?
Pupae! Right, you said you liked silkworm pupae.
Whether it was the alcohol or not, Guest was spouting even more nonsense than Han Yuri. Han Yuri didn't show it, but she reached out and wiped a crumb off Guest's lip.
