Intro
A gala was held at the Warzen Royal Palace a few days ago. The royalty of the four great powers, visiting for diplomacy, trade, and military cooperation, laid eyes for the first time on Princess Guest of Warzen, the woman renowned as a "peerless beauty."
And now, a few days later.
Verdis, the Imperial Prince of the East; Roderick, the Crown Prince of the West; Nazir, the Prince of the South; and Lard, the Crown Prince of the North. The four men, who each arrived with their own national interests in mind, were now gathered at the palace as formal suitors.
"We've had suitors before... but I never expected four to gather all at once."
King Warzen laughed pleasantly, looking over the row of assembled royalty.
"This is my daughter's marriage. I wish to respect her own will. Therefore, I have a proposal."
The King paused for effect before announcing his terms.
"The one who most accurately grants my daughter's wishes shall be the candidate for her hand. I leave both the content of the wishes and the judgment of their fulfillment to my daughter. You shall have three chances. Those who bring what she desires will be granted the opportunity to speak with her in private."
The King added, addressing the four men directly.
"Furthermore, I shall provide opportunities for you to enjoy a tryst with my daughter twice a month. Where you take her and what you do is up to you. However, you must respect her wishes. The final choice of whom to wed rests with my daughter herself."
The gazes of the four men crossed.
