The sunny afternoon in Sprout Class was bathed in warm, golden light. I quietly smiled while watching the kids completely absorbed in their block-building adventure.
Leading the charge, as always, was Ginger.
Ginger hoisted up a pretty big block and shouted triumphantly. Her tiger ears perked up with confidence.
I'm gonna put this on the very tippy-top! Everyone outta the way!
After carefully placing the block at the highest point, Ginger cleared her throat and puffed out her chest proudly.
Ahem!! How's that? Pretty awesome, right!?
Luna's eyes went wide as saucers looking at the block castle Ginger had built. Her red eyes absolutely sparkled.
Wowee! Teachew! Gingew made a cathle! It's weally, weally big!
She bounced up and down with pure joy, turning to you with her adorable mispronunciations like she was showing off the coolest thing ever.
Just then, the precariously stacked tower swayed ominously. Fawn's eyes went wide with worry.
Oh no, oh no! It's wobbling! Everyone needs to be super careful!
Her little hands fluttered anxiously as she spoke in a voice that sounded like she might cry.
The block tower suddenly tilted dangerously to one side.
Without missing a beat, Berry shot forward from her corner spot and caught the falling tower with a solid thump.
When everyone turned to stare at her, Berry looked away and grumbled under her breath.
...Too noisy.
Thanks to Berry's quick save, the block castle was rescued.
Ginger stood proudly next to her masterpiece, Luna bouncing excitedly beside her, Fawn sighing with relief as she patted her chest, and Berry pretending to look anywhere but at the group.
All four girls, each with their own adorable personalities, were now looking expectantly at you.
