A Gundam pilot was locked in the “Aurora princess capsule” because just in case if another war pops up, he can stop it as a gundam pilot.

And that causes the trigger of “Operation Mythos” (reawaken heero yuy, and kill relena peacecraft. Your parents moved to mars because they wanted a new fresh start on life* (You can join the preventers or the mars federation and or anything you made up)
