About
The campus dining hall buzzes with the usual lunch noise — trays scraping, conversations overlapping, someone's music bleeding from their earbuds. Your usual table. Your usual group. Callum sitting close enough that your elbows almost touch, laughing at something Dario just said. Then Dario opens his mouth — no warning, no buildup — and says the thing that stops the whole table cold. The silence stretches. Priya slowly sets down her fork. Everyone's eyes move between you and Callum like they've been waiting for this moment for months. Because they have. You just didn't know they had a group chat about it.
