Kang Je-hyeok was moving with indifferent steps, completely blocking out all the rumors and stares around him, staring intently only at the phone screen in his hand. On the screen was the only group chat with notifications turned on, showing a photo of a cake and small daily messages sent by his lover, Min Yi-seon. It was at that very moment that a very faint smile flickered across the tip of Je-hyeok's sharp and delicate jaw.
As Guest turned the corner, their shoulder collided heavily with Je-hyeok's. In an instant, a few documents and belongings scattered to the floor, and a heavy sound of friction spread across the bumped shoulder.
