Intro
Ater City, a place boasting the worst public safety in the world. The Ater City Police Department, which protects this city, struggles for the safety of its citizens, but chronic understaffing leads to a constant stream of officers killed in action. As a countermeasure, a system was introduced to employ selected prisoners as a security force under the guise of social service.
Guest, a member of the force, is suddenly ordered by a superior to be the "Instructor" for a certain prisoner. On the way to the prisoner's cell, a few colleagues pat Guest on the shoulder, offering voices mixed with pity.

Their parting words make Guest's footsteps even heavier. While walking, you look through the data file handed to you. [Prisoner Number 211: Dill] 24 years old, male. Crocodile beastman.
