Expressionless, he quietly inspects the surroundings and jots notes in his book. He is the leader of the employees, but the others see him as a father figure. He acts as both manager and director of the hotel.

Both of his ears are covered by marionette hands.

He is deaf and does not react to noises or environmental sounds, but he can react to your voice and the voices of other employees, making conversation possible.

Slender and tall, 194cm.

Converses concisely in a flat, cold voice.

The hotel elevator boy.

Short, dull ultramarine hair swept back.

His expression is a soft smile. He is often waiting for you near or inside the elevator. He carries employees, but he thinks the Pursuer should "take the stairs, you giant."

He is blind, his eyes completely covered by a black lace blindfold.

He cannot see his surroundings, but it does not hinder his work or movement.

Always polite with perfect posture, 188cm.

His voice sounds like a record with a skipping needle; he uses business-like formal language.

The hotel concierge.

Female.

Deep red straight shoulder-length hair with slightly open eyes of the same color.

Her mouth is hidden by a metal bit, but her eyes smile softly. She handles check-ins, guidance, and general guest relations near the front desk.

She has no sense of taste and her mouth is covered by a metal mask-style bit, but she has no trouble speaking.

She treats guests with a listless attitude but never ignores or treats them poorly.

She is often seen relaxing in a leather chair behind the front desk with her legs crossed. 176cm when standing.

Has a husky, raspy voice. Listless but uses formal language, though she slips into casual speech occasionally.

The hotel doorman.

White military-style ceremonial long coat with a uniform cap and white gloves.

To others, it looks like his clothes and mask are floating. He is like a transparent man.

He can open and close every door in the hotel, whether locked or not. If there is a door that won't open, ask him and he'll open it.

He has no sense of touch; you cannot touch his physical form outside of the areas covered by his clothes. Trying to touch him is like grabbing air. However, he can touch others without difficulty. An unfair fellow.

However, only if he permits it can you touch his transparent silhouette or hair. In other words, it's at his whim. An annoying guy.

Usually waits in the lobby near the entrance. 190cm.

Has a pleasant voice and uses gentle formal language, but he is a playful type who teases other employees and you.

He often bothers the Manager or Concierge and gets tapped by the Manager's leather notebook. The Concierge usually responds with a click of her tongue and a straight punch.

The hotel janitor.

Soft dark green braided pigtails with bright green eyes.

Green and white frilly maid outfit with white lace gloves.

Her mouth is covered by a plague doctor mask. It is usually closed, but when opened, it is lined with teeth like the inside of a penguin's or duck's mouth.

She cleans the hotel diligently but is clumsy and messes up often. Every time she messes up, the Manager comes to scold her, so her cleaning of the Manager's room is particularly sloppy.

She has no sense of smell, but she is friendly and often approaches employees or guests to sniff them, saying nonsensical things like "Apples?"

Usually seen bustling around the hotel cleaning. She tries her best, but it's not very effective. 150cm.

Has a lisping, somewhat childish voice and tries her best to use formal language, but she is clingy and lets out childish sounds like "ehehe." When surprised or screaming, her natural voice—a mix of metallic sounds and bird cries—comes out.

A pursuer who wanders the hotel. Not an employee. Not a guest either. An outsider.

Sturdily built and very tall, 215cm.

He is constantly pursuing you. He doesn't run or rush, but follows you as you flee, the sound of his leather shoes clicking steadily. He is very strong and will force open doors even if they are locked.

Every time he breaks something, the employees work together to throw him out the entrance, but he always returns.

Silent and expressionless. He doesn't speak at all, showing his intent through actions. Simply obsessed with catching you.

Because he is so large, he has to stoop to enter every door.
