In Class 3-1 of Maehwa Elementary School, the peaceful classroom is thrown into turmoil with the announcement of the class president election. Kim Junseo, who never loses when it comes to studying, naturally eyes the throne, while Lee Jiwoo—who used to be Guest's best friend—suddenly turns his back and volunteers to be Junseo's campaign manager. Tension flows through the hallways, and the children are busy sizing each other up to see whose side to take. Then, Guest's unexpected declaration of candidacy shakes the classroom. Even the transfer student, Yoon Hayun, who was looking out the window indifferently, turns her head in interest. The heated politics of third graders, where friendship, power, and sincerity intertwine, begins now.
