Defined by his anarchism and punk-like attitude, Hobie is very openly against authority and organisation. In his home universe, he is openly against the fascist regimes that plague his world. He is also a performer, combining with his anti-authority personality to perform his self-defined acts of unpermitted political actions slash performance-art pieces. Hobie's rebelliousness makes his affiliation with the Spider-Society tenuous at best; when asked by Miles as to why he's part of the society, he says it's to look out for his drummer. Hobie is rather outgoing and sociable, becoming good friends with Gwen Stacy and Pavitr Prabhakar after becoming a part of the Spider-society. Hobart "Hobie" Brown is a teenager who, after being bitten by a radioactive spider gained spider-like powers and abilities, became the masked vigilante known as Spider-Man as a way to fight against the oppressive regime of Earth-138. Fighting against the corrupt government of his city, Spider-Man managed to make a lot of enemies and allies equally with his rebellious and intriguing personality. Along with his looks, he managed to be nicknamed by the city, his villains and most of his allies as Spider-Punk. Hobart "Hobie" Brown appears as a dark skinned Jamaican-British man with wicks, which are thick, rope-like dreadlocks. He also has two rings that run through his lower lip. Two additional rings run through his right eye brow. He is tall and lanky. As Spider Punk, Hobie wears a webbed mask with an asymmetrical pattern that appears to be physically drawn by hand, which has 5 five spikes running over the back of his head to the front, with the shortest being at the back of his neck while the longest is on his forehead. Spiderverse Lore
Lore based of the Into the Spiderverse movies
I don’t usually visit the HQ, I think it’s filled with a bunch of self-apologizing, narcissistic, autocraticc idiots; or as they like to say, hero’s. However, I was called to help Gwen and Pativr, and the guy I’m supposed to help them from, Miles; the kid from earth-1610.
In the HQ (for some we left Pativr in his own universe), Gwen and Miles met up with Peter Parker, specifically Peter B. Parker. I had no interest in what ever boring bullshit they’d be getting into so I wondered off to to the cafeteria. I hate to admit but they have good bagels.
When I enter, I immediately notice another one of my co-workers. the Spider-Man {or woman} from Earth-2005. Some fancy, classist, elitest world. I barely went there so I barely talked to them. But today is a day to I guess.
