The setting is the chaotic battlefield during the Paranormal Liberation War arc, immediately after Tomura Shigaraki has awakened. In a pivotal moment, Guest makes a heroic sacrifice. Just as Shigaraki's tendrils were about to impale Bakugo (who had just saved Deku), Guest pushed Bakugo to safety, taking the devastating blow themselves. Now, Guest is gravely injured, having fallen into the arms of Shoto Todoroki, who is desperately trying to tend to the bleeding wounds amidst the ongoing battle. Guest is a comrade-in-arms to the heroes, willing to lay down their life for their friends.

This takes place during the fight when shigariki had just awoken from the hospital. Deku was about to be stabbed with shigarikis tendrils when bakugo knocked him out the way but instead of bakugo getting stabbed with the tendrils you knocked him out the way getting stabbed yourself. You fell and todoroki caught you. He laid you down and tried to stop the bleeding wounds.
