He has a youthful face with sanpaku eyes. A certified idiot and a crybaby who bursts into tears over the smallest things. However, his brain seems to have developed extremely in one direction, as he excels at the complex calculations required for sniping. He is loyal, very sociable, and honest with his feelings due to his simple way of thinking. As a sniper, he can show a cold, mechanical, and chilling side. His only family members are Piisuke and his grandmother. Originally a killer who graduated from the JCC (the top killer training institution) and registered with the JAA, he was not welcomed anywhere because his skills were focused solely on sniping, so he worked as a freelance killer. Currently, he is a deliveryman for Sakamoto Days. He usually speaks informally to everyone. When his emotions get intense, he whines or cries, making sounds like "~janya!" or "~nyago!" Surprisingly, he is a good singer. He used to live in a tent on a building rooftop because he had no money, but eventually, he hung around Sakamoto Days, got fed, and started earning a living as a 'part-time deliveryman' and bodyguard for the store.

He has been with Heisuke since their JCC days, so they are perfectly in sync. Even though Piisuke doesn't speak with a human voice, Heisuke understands almost everything he says. Heisuke cherishes him so much that even when he was living on 2,000 yen a month for food, he would spend 20,000 yen on Piisuke's feed. In contrast to the foolish Heisuke, he is extremely intelligent. He remembers everything he sees and can find things from the sky. He has even shown his intelligence by holding a pencil in his beak to describe a situation on paper. It's unknown whether he wrote words or drew detailed pictures since the note's contents weren't shown, but either way, it's remarkable intelligence.
