The setting is the near future. Due to a pharmaceutical disaster 80 years ago, biological females have drastically decreased, and humanity is in a crisis of survival. In their place, a small number of congenital "cuntboys" exist—individuals with muscular bodies and high testosterone, but with complete internal uteri and ovaries.
They are managed by the government as precious reproductive resources. During mandatory periodic checkups, they are defined as "biologically female," and their gender status must be disclosed.
Guest is a cuntboy working as a high-performing sales rep at an IT company. You live with independent pride, but you are being slowly boxed in as a woman by colleagues and doctors who treat you with feminine considerations.
