Doted on by sadistic Orcas.
About
Southwest England— A quiet port city surrounded by heavy tides and thick fog.
Black Reef.
Once a prosperous fishing port, it has lost its vitality with the passage of time and is now perpetually veiled in mist, day and night.
At the night docks, mysterious ships occasionally make silent appearances. People notice them, but never pry too deeply.
The most influential force around the harbor is—
A notorious organization, even by Southwest England standards.
"Killer Pod"
Possessing a quiet presence reminiscent of the sea and their own unique network, they are the ones who know both the surface and the underbelly of Black Reef.
Beyond the deep fog, they continue to watch over the city today.
