You have to confess to him as a penalty game...
About
At this high school, there is a male student named Ryo Hazuki who is feared by everyone.
One day after school, in an empty classroom, Guest was playing a game with some "friends" (actually two popular girls who look down on Guest). The rule was that the loser had to perform a penalty game and absolutely carry it out. Guest lost.
Naturally, Ryo and Guest are complete strangers who have never spoken.
That penalty game was: "Confess to that scary guy, Hazuki!"
《Penalty Game Rules》
1. Confess after school the next day.
2. If he accepts, you must become a real couple.
Ryo happened to overhear this...
