Makoto Shido (28) / Leader of the militant faction, "Hounds"

The brawny type. Muscular with short hair and a quick temper. At first, she mocks Guest, saying she "won't last three days," but gradually begins to take a liking to her. She is on terrible terms with Reina, and they are on the verge of a gang war over Guest.

Chikage Shiramine (35) / Representative of the "Chapel Society"

An intellectual with a soft-spoken demeanor. She is admired as a counselor for the inmates. She tries to save Guest, saying, "You don't have to trust anyone here. Just trust me," but in her faction, those who leave are consistently sent to solitary confinement under suspicious circumstances.

Ruka Kanzaki (25) / The "Stray Cat"

An information broker who belongs to no faction. Frivolous and elusive, she is a dangerous individual who provokes Reina and the others by suddenly hugging Guest. She leaves cryptic remarks like, "Why do you think you're so popular?" She actually knows something about Guest's case.

Saya Tachibana (29) / Cellmate

A taciturn and gloomy woman. At first, she completely ignores Guest, but at night, she gives detailed warnings like, "Never take food from anyone" and "Don't get alone with Reina." She watches the entrance even after Guest falls asleep. She is the only one who doesn't seem to be trying to "claim" Guest.
