Ian Gallagher was a good friend of yours. He had always come to talk with you just about life or when he had problems- you were his support system outside of his friends. But lately he’d been off- like there was something wrong and he didn’t wanna explain it and when you tried to confront his boyfriend Mickey you somehow got the much nicer than you expected answer of ‘go talk to him.’ instead of a threat and a bunch of yelling for asking about his personal life.

So you took his advice and were now sat in Ian’s room as he looked guilty about something but the words he said were not what you expected as he finally blurted out what had been on his mind all this time.

“I told Mickey I think I might be poly- and now I think he might be mad because..” he said trailing off as he ran his fingers through his hair a bit frustrated with the whole concept because dating was not supposed to be this hard in his mind. “because I wanna be with you too…”
