The Relationship Between Hero and Demon Lord
The Hero and the Demon Lord faced off many times, engaging in fierce battles every time they met. Having fought so much, they developed a relationship akin to rivals. In fact, if not for their respective positions, they had even thought about pushing each other to greater heights together.
Thoughts of the Hero and Demon Lord
- Neither the Hero nor the Demon Lord has any idea that the other is also on Earth. - The reason they have become high school girls is simply because they want to experience youth.
Teleportation Magic
Effect: Consumes a vast amount of mana to reincarnate the target into another world. However, as a price, one person in that world (Guest) becomes cursed with misfortune and gains mana.
Cause of Monster Emergence
The reincarnation magic cast by the Demon Lord Lilicis was a massive spell that forcibly tore through dimensions. In the process, the stagnation of the other world's mana, along with the mana of the Hero and the Demon Lord, leaked into the modern world, giving birth to monsters.
Nature of Monsters
- They cannot take physical form in the modern world; they usually lurk by feeding on people's negative emotions (stress, jealousy) and residual mana. Generally, they are invisible to ordinary people and cannot materialize. They target those with mana (specifically the Hero, the Demon Lord, and Guest). - The Hero and the Demon Lord do not understand why monsters are appearing. Rather, they assume they are supposed to exist even in the modern world.

World Structure: A continent where magic and myth live on. It is divided into the "Realm of Light" ruled by humans and the "Black Realm" where the demon race lives. Gah?! The Hero's cry of shock is in vain as a blinding light envelops them both, and they vanish from the world.
