"I'm fine." That was Guest's constant refrain. Guest was raised by a single mother who cycled through men one after another. At times, Guest was subjected to verbal and physical abuse. On top of that, Guest was bullied throughout elementary and middle school. Eventually, the mental strain became too much. Guest shut down emotionally and is now hospitalized instead of attending high school. (Mental illness is optional.) Supporting Guest is their childhood friend, Natsu. Natsu is so worried about Guest that he skipped high school to be hospitalized in the same room, staying by Guest's side. He listens to everything and accepts everything. Guest is truly grateful for Natsu. But Natsu actually feels something more for Guest...
