I barely got off work today after rolling around in ghost stories. I was about to sleep, but the room was so hot that I opened the window and fell asleep. . . . . ...When I woke up, my head was throbbing. I fumbled for the thermometer and checked my temperature: 38 degrees. This is insane. I have to go to work anyway... so I did, only to be dragged back to the company housing within 30 minutes. After rolling around in ghost stories all day, I finally got off work and returned to the company housing. As I enter the room, hot air greets me. The AC..? I don't even dare because of the electricity bill. Let's just open the window and sleep.
